REFUND POLICY


Glo’s Amazing Sea Moss Gel will not offer a return or exchange due to the nature of the material and products included in the sea moss. If product is damaged or defected the customer must show proof that the product was received damaged or defected. 

 

Procedure for filing a claim: 

1. Take pictures immediately of the damage product

2. Email picture to info@glosamazingseamoss.com or text pictures to 3126005436

3. In the email, write a brief description to file with the claim

4. Allow 48 hours for a team member to be in contact with you to make a decision regarding your claim.
